Business Finland, Research to Business Funding
Business Finland is Finland's official government agency for innovation funding, trade and investment promotion and talent attraction. Their Research to Business funding supports research and commercialisation activities to prepare research-driven innovations for commercialisation. In the Autumn 2023 application round, the MITOGUARDER® innovation project, co-created by Dr Brendan Battersby and Dr Sarah O'Keefe, was successfully funded. Over two years, this €700,000 funding will facilitate the scientific and commercial development of MITOGUARDER® technology.
